The Printing Museum is open for General Admission and Guided Tours according to the following schedule.

Guided tours are one hour and limited to 20 persons. General Admission is included in the price of a guided tour.
During your guided tour, you will learn of early forms of printing, participate in the hands-on printing of a leaf of the Gutenberg Bible pulled from a replica press, print a copy of the Declaration of Independence on a 19th-century Columbian iron handpress, discover the importance of the Linotype machine, and witness advances in printing and self-publishing that came about in the 20th century. Your tour concludes with a visit to our craft studios, and temporary exhibitions (if offered at that time).

The Museum parking lot holds a capacity of approximately 15 cars. Additional free street parking is also available.

Photographs taken at the The Printing Museum are for personal use only, and are not to be used for commercial purposes. Visitors must receive permission by Museum staff to use tri-pods. Video is not allowed without prior permission.
Several dining options, some within a comfortable walk from the Museum, are available along Waugh Drive and West Dallas, including Whole Foods Market, Vincent’s, Salata, Luby’s and Café Express.
